Homemade Poptarts

Yummy Homemade Poptarts!

Using pie crust...

For the first patch take 1 pie crust and cut it into fours

Then roll each piece into equal 3 x 8 squares

Add 4 dollops of fluff (or nutella) to the piecrust and a dash of cinnamon. Then put eggwash* around the fluff, and then place another square of piecrust over the fluff.

Cut the pieces and use a fork to keep the pie crust in tact

Cut slits on the top of each pastry

Use a pastry brush to brush heavy cream on each pastry
1 cup of chopped strawberries and 1/2 cup of blueberries

Add 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 3 tablespoons of water to a pot. Stir frequently for 30 minutes

Place spoonfuls of the fruit filling on the pie crust and repeat the steps from the fluff filled pastries
Bake pastries for 15 minutes on 375°

Add icing and sprinkles and voila!

Cake Batter Fudge

This Cake Batter Fudge is so simple! Mix together 1 cup of white cake mix and 1 cup of confectioners sugar. Then add in half a stick up butter (I cut it up to make it easier) and 1/4 cup of milk

Then microwave for 2 minutes and then stir it right after

(Optional) Add sprinkles of any color! I added red and green for the holidays.

Then put the mixture in a greased pan and refrigerate for an hour

Cut into squares and enjoy!
(Mine are very thin because the pan I used was very large, use a smaller pan for thicker squares!
